Anwendung und Dosierung

Vaporiser/diffuser: add 6–8 drops to a vaporiser or oil burner. Inhalation: add 3–5 drops to a bowl of very hot water; inhale vapours for 5–10 minutes (inhalation for children over 10 years only). Massage: dilute 5 drops of essential oil with 10 ml of a carrier oil such as sweet almond or jojoba. Bath: add 4–6 drops of essential oil to 20 ml of carrier oil; mix into water.
