Each daily serving delivers 2000 IU (50 mcg) of Vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol — at 1000% of the Nutrient Reference Value — alongside 100 mcg of Vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7), at 133% NRV. The formula is suspended in MCT oil.
