Anwendung und Dosierung
Portionsgröße: 30 g (2 Messlöffel). Nehmen Sie je nach täglichem Proteinbedarf 1–3 Portionen pro Tag zwischen den Mahlzeiten ein. Maximal 3 Portionen pro Tag.
