Anwendung und Dosierung
For adults: place 4g (approx. 1 teaspoon) into a cup or mug, add 100ml of warm water and let the drink fizz. Stir until the powder is completely dissolved, then fill the remainder of the cup with warm or cold water. Consume once daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the stated dose.
