COLLAGEN MATRIX [collagen peptides (from hydrolysed beef and fish collagen)], rice powder preparation [dried rice syrup, rice starch, rice flour, stabiliser (carrageenan)], low-fat cocoa powder, flavourings, L-ascorbic acid, sweetener (steviol glycosides from stevia), organic zinc (zinc bisglycinate), vitamin B7 (D-biotin).

Anwendung und Dosierung

Daily dose: 15.8 g powder (equivalent to 1 heaped measuring scoop), in the morning as a replacement for coffee/cappuccino, dissolved in approx. 2–3 dl warm (not too hot) milk (including plant-based) or water. Duration of use: minimum 60 days, maximum 120 days. Long-term use is recommended. Suitable from 10 years of age.
