Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, popping candy (sugar, glucose syrup, lactose [from milk], carbon dioxide, cocoa butter), lavandula angustifolia (lavender) oil, linalool.
Anwendung und Dosierung
Bath: Geben Sie pro Bad 250 g Magnesiumflocken (etwa 2 Tassen) hinzu. Lehnen Sie sich zurück und entspannen Sie sich 20 Minuten lang. Für ein intensiveres Erlebnis können Sie die Menge erhöhen.
Fußbad: Geben Sie 150 g Magnesiumflocken (etwa 1 Tasse) in ca. 5 Liter Wasser, sodass die Füße vollständig bedeckt sind. Setzen Sie sich hin und entspannen Sie sich 20 Minuten lang.
It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week. Your skin will feel pleasant, smooth and supple.
