Osavi Liposomal Iron liefert 20 mg Eisen pro Kapsel in Form von Eisen(II)-Bisglycinat, das mithilfe der firmeneigenen Liposovit®-Fe-Technologie in eine liposomale Matrix eingekapselt ist. Bei der liposomalen Verabreichung wird der Wirkstoff in Phospholipidvesikel eingekapselt, was dessen Passage durch das Verdauungssystem unterstützt. Jede Packung enthält 120 vegane Kapseln, was bei der empfohlenen Tagesdosis von einer Kapsel einen großzügigen Vorrat für vier Monate darstellt.
