Osavi Creatine, Mushrooms & Rhodiola is a multi-functional powder formula that combines 5,000 mg of Creatine Monohydrate per serving with a thoughtfully selected blend of mushroom extracts and Rhodiola rosea root extract. Delivering 30 servings per 300 g tub in a refreshing Cherry & Strawberry flavour, it is designed to fit seamlessly into an active daily routine.
Each 10 g scoop provides standardised extracts of Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps and Chaga — each at a 10:1 concentration and standardised for 30% beta-glucans — alongside a Rhodiola rosea extract standardised for rosavins and salidrosides. The formula is further supported by Vitamin B6, Pantothenic acid and Zinc, all at meaningful levels relative to their Nutrient Reference Values. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and together with Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Anwendung und Dosierung
Empfohlene Einnahme: 1 Messlöffel (10 g) täglich. 1 Messlöffel Pulver in 250 ml Wasser auflösen.
