Blood and Guts by Dorian Yates is a pre-workout powder in Pear Kiwi flavour, made for athletes and training enthusiasts. Named after the training philosophy of six-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates, this product brings together a blend of amino acids, botanical extracts and vitamins in every 19g serving — delivering 20 servings per 380g tub.
Each serving provides amounts of L-Citrulline DL-Malate (2:1), Beta-Alanine, and the A-AKG complex (L-Arginine combined with Calcium Alpha-Ketoglutarate), alongside L-Tyrosine, caffeine anhydrous, and standardised botanical extracts including green tea, guarana, sweet orange peel, and black pepper. Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal psychological function — all authorised claims under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

Zutaten
L-Citrullin-DL-Malat (2:1), Beta-Alanin, A-AKG-Komplex (L-Arginin, Calcium-Alpha-Ketoglutarat), Trennmittel (Siliciumdioxid, Calciumsalze der Orthophosphorsäure), Aromastoffe, L-Tyrosin (freie Aminosäureform), Maltodextrin, wasserfreies Koffein, Grüntee-Blattextrakt (Camellia sinensis) (standardisiert auf 95% Polyphenole und 5% Koffein), Süßungsmittel (Sucralose, Acesulfam-K), Süßorangen- (Citrus sinensis) Schalextrakt 100%, Nicotinamid (Vitamin B3), Guarana (Paullinia cupana)-Samenextrakt (standardisiert auf 22% Koffein), Farbstoffe (Ponceau 4R, Indigokarmin), Schwarzer Pfeffer (Piper nigrum)-Fruchtextrakt (standardisiert auf 95% Piperin).
Anwendung und Dosierung
Für Erstnutzer: Mischen Sie zunächst 1 gehäuften Messlöffel Pulver (9,5 g) mit mindestens 250 ml Wasser, um die starke Wirkung des Produkts zu testen. Für regelmäßige Anwender: Mischen Sie 2 gehäufte Messlöffel Pulver (19 g) mit mindestens 250–350 ml Wasser. Nehmen Sie das Produkt 30 Minuten vor dem Training ein.
Warnhinweise
High caffeine content (1840mg/100g; 350mg per serving). Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Do not use in combination with other caffeinated products. Do not consume with alcohol. Beta-Alanine may cause a harmless, temporary tingling sensation on the skin for some individuals. Ponceau 4R (E124) and Indigo Carmine (E132) may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
